Who is fwd design co?
Hey there!
fwd design co is the independent studio practice of Kristina Olsen. Kristina design's digital products — websites, apps, and the systems behind them — for founders and small teams who need something that works as well as it looks.
Kristina built her career at the intersection of information, systems, and people. She combines business strategy (MBA), information design (how people find, organize, and understand information, MLIS), and ux design. This mix means she understands not just the visual design, but how to make systems people can navigate and understand.
If you're looking for a design partner who asks the right questions and builds things that hold up under real use, Kristina is your person. She's based in Northern Michigan, work with clients globally, and spends her non-design hours coaching high school cross country.
